BTP Flail Mower with DB12 Inter-row Mower
This is an innovative flail mower that combines our renowned BTP mulching system with the robust DB12 inter-row mower. Unlike traditional flail mowers with hydraulic mowing arms, the BTP-12 uses a mechanical rotation, making it compatible with tractors that have low oil flow and simplifying maintenance. This machine is designed for orchards, allowing you to perform both row mulching and under-row cleaning in a single pass, thanks to our wire disc. It’s an excellent solution for efficient and fast cultivation.

This pruning machine is designed to meet all pruning needs, both green and dry, for branches with a maximum diameter of 1-2 cm. Thanks to its innovative synchronized pantograph system with 4 movements, it can be used in confined spaces (min. 55 cm at the center) and wider areas (up to 155 cm), while maintaining a minimal footprint when closed.
It's easily adjustable due to its distribution system with independent levers. The vertical cutting bar is manually adjustable in height with a 50 cm range, reaching a maximum cutting height of 320 cm with the topping closed, ensuring excellent results in every situation.
It's available in 4 versions: two with a sickle bar and two combined with knives. You can also equip it with cutting bars of different lengths to suit your specific needs.
DB12 Double Inter-row Mower
Designed for efficient and precise cutting, it uses soft polyurethane wires with a rigid core, ensuring a clean cut without damaging the trunk. The leveling support disc sweeps the ground, making it ideal for cleaning and cutting grass in vineyards and orchards. The head reclines up to +/- 30°, allowing it to work on raised beds and hilly terrains, offering maximum versatility. With its dual functionality, the DB12 Double works simultaneously on both sides of the row, optimizing time and improving productivity.
