AT – Mechanical Cultivator with Pivoting Tines

SKU: AT

The AT inter-row truffle harrow was developed through a collaboration between BFM Italy, Aratruf and specialist truffle growers. The machine delivers safe and precise inter-row furrowing, ensuring thorough soil break-up across all soil types and progressively rendering it loose and porous – thanks to the newly designed notched tine (patented technology). This process generates significant physical, chemical and biological benefits, creating the optimal environment for truffle development. The AT is also particularly suitable for vineyards and orchards, even in the presence of stony soils.

ER – Rotary harrow for vineyards

SKU: ER

Designed for vineyards, orchards and horticulture, built with oversized, top-quality components of European origin for maximum sturdiness and long-lasting reliability.
» Closely spaced rotors (approximately 4 per metre) with ANTI-STONE design break up the soil in a single pass, improving consistency and minimizing tractor power demand.
» The blade arrangement uniformly directs soil flow towards the working elements, ensuring a homogeneous and effective soil refining result.
» The “Stone System” double labyrinth configuration drastically reduces jamming risks caused by stones or organic residues, increasing operational reliability.
» A special cast crown gear coupled with a shortened central shaft ensures smooth and robust power transmission from the gearbox to the rotors, adapting to different soils and varying tractor power.

PP450 – Disc pre-pruner

SKU: PP-450

The Disc Pre-Pruner is designed for mechanical winter pruning of vineyards, ensuring clean and precise cuts with high productivity and reduced operating costs.
It adopts a synchronized pantograph movement system with 4 movements (lift – translation – tilting – arc opening/closing), which allows use in narrow spaces (min. 55 cm) or wide spaces (up to 155 cm), maintaining minimum footprint when closed, ideal also for hillside terrain. The cutting system uses stainless steel discs with serrated profiles, which cut the canes without fraying them.
The electric joystick control manages lifting, translation, tilting and disc opening. The machine requires an oil flow rate of 35 l/min, working pressure of 120 bar and a free return line.
